fix: clean up README CLI wording and add Vertical Tabs feature

- Simplify CLI section: remove confusing MCP jargon, clarify it works
  from terminal and AI coding agents
- Replace "point the CLI at your MCP server" with plain language
- Add Vertical Tabs to the features list
