Rohit Kushwaha 50ab593788 refactor(realtime): route agent_bridge through emit() canary ...

Replaces five ws_manager.broadcast_to_group calls with emit() using typed
events. Wire contract unchanged. Adds AgentStreamStart and AgentToolUse
event classes that agent_bridge already emits on the wire (they weren't
in the original design catalog).
