Prakash Dalai b7ab446868 fix(credentials): v1 migration failure no longer crashes the app (#921) ...

The v1→v2 secrets migration raised CredentialMigrationError on key
derivation mismatch, which prevented pocketpaw from starting entirely.
Now it logs a warning, preserves the backup, and returns an empty
credential store so keys from env vars and config.json still work.
